Cancellation Policy
Same day cancellations are not allowed for reasons other than urgent health concerns (see covid policies below.) Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service price, and must be paid within 48 hours through Venmo, Zelle, or over the phone with a credit card. Failure to pay for the missed appointment will prohibit future bookings for massage.

Self Health Screening
Please consider these screening questions before you arrive:
1. Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?
2. Do you now, or have you recently had, any respiratory or flu symptoms (including fever, chills, sore throat, cough, muscle aches, or shortness of breath)?
3. Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 10 days who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or has Covid-19 type symptoms?
4. Are you or anyone who you have been in close contact with awaiting Covid-19 test results?
Sessions will be rescheduled if you have:
• Received a positive Covid-19 diagnosis, and not yet received a negative test.
• Had a fever of 100°F or above, any respiratory or flu symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath.
• Been in close contact with anyone in the last 10 days who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 or has Covid-19 type symptoms.
Cancellations: If you are experiencing symptoms of illness or have been in close contact to someone with illness, please reach out to cancel your appointment as soon as possible. I have modified my same day cancellation policy to accommodate health concerns only and there will be no penalties for cancellations related to illness.
