Absolutely Relaxed Massage Therapy is the sole proprietorship of Leslie Guerrero Collins
and is a professional massage therapy practice in accordance with all state regulations.
I will absolutely not tolerate verbal or non-verbal sexual harassment or suggestive inquiries
from any client or potential client whatsoever. Any inappropriate comments or suggestions
will end the massage immediately and needless to say, no further appointments will be made.
Cancellation Policy
I ask that you respectfully give a 24-hour notice of cancellation.

I do everything I can to provide the best possible service to all my clients. When a client fails to make their appointment, or cancels with just a few hours notice, that time slot is wasted and another client can’t get in the door, potentially one that really needed some work done that day. Given this fact, I require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If a client cancels without sufficient notice, you get one "get out of jail free card” but will be charged full price for all future cancellations given with less than 24 hours notice. Full price will be charged for a no show/no call and this fee must be paid before further appointments can be made. Of course, I understand emergencies occur. Feel free to call me as soon as possible to discuss the situation. This policy is only in place to encourage common courtesy.
