do I cancel my appointment?
At the bottom of the confirmation e-mail you received when you
made the appointment, there is a link to
"manage your account." Click that and it should take
you to a site where you can cancel your appointment.
My confirmation e-mail shows the address 1505 W. North Loop. Did I
make this appointment for the DSC Bldg D, Rm D137 or at your office?
You made a chair massage reservation the DSC building D, not at
my office. My office address is shown on the confirmation because it's a
universal setting on the GenBook reservation program that I can't change.
